Community Mental Health Center, Inc. is a provider of comprehensive mental health services, offering inpatient, outpatient, home-based, school, and community-based programs to individuals and families in Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland counties in Southeastern Indiana. Position Responsibilities:
provides clerical assistance and manages all incoming telephone calls. This position is required to greet and assist visitors and patients upon arrival.

Qualifications
: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have good communication and computer skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and good use of the English language. Experience with Excel and Word documents. Experience working with an electronic health record preferred but not required.

Schedule:
Full time, Monday through Friday.

Day-to-Day Expectations:

  • Answers telephone, schedules appointments, and greets patients and visitors entering the service site in a trauma informed manner which promotes a positive experience. Observes waiting room, being alert to issues of safety or instability and responds according to agency and division procedure.

Administrative Supervisor:The administrative supervisor is the Clerical Team Leader for Community Support Services.

Job Location: 710/704 Eads Parkway, and 281 Bielby Road, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025 .

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
