COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, INCLawrenceburg, Indiana COORDINATOR OF FORENSIC SERVICES General Responsibilities In collaboration with the Division Directors, the Coordinator of Forensic Services will serve as a primary conduit of collaboration with Dearborn County Criminal Justice partnersThe coordinator will complete screenings and assessments of those in jail and work to help coordinate a warm handoff to CMHC services and other community services as neededQualifications Masters degree in mental health, addictions or related discipline and a minimum of five (5) years experience in addictions treatment requiredLicensed or license-eligible for the Indiana Licensed Clinical Addiction CounselorOther training consideredMinimum of two (2) years supervisory experience specific to the delivery of addictions services is preferredPrincipal Duties in Order of Relative Priority Weight 10% 1Administrative and Program Responsibilities 20% 2Direct Clinical Service Activities 20% 3Client Care Expectation 25% 4C & E Community Services 05% 5Emergency Services Activities 10% 6Staff Development Activities 05% 7Record Keeping Activities 05% 8Other Duties 1Administrative and Program Responsibilities Serves as primary communication and coordination with criminal justice partners Works to support a climate that is committed to there being many paths to recovery and trauma-informed competencySeeks to be a team member with Recovery Services leadership as well as all divisions in the agency to ensure correct services are identified for those who are incarceratedInitiates opportunity for clear communication with internal and external partnersCollaborates with agency leadership as needed to capture third-party fundingHelps identify treatment gaps and actively advocates for change pathsFacilitates and/or contributes to process improvement projects aimed at improving engagement, increasing admissions and retention, and improving access for patients with substance use disorders Ensures appropriate staff coverage, including volunteers and peer specialists for all aspects of programmingEnsures that staff members who provide recovery services are proficient in evidence-based practices and use their time efficientlyDevelops and delivers trainings and presentations on recovery services to consumers, family members, community residents, students, and others as neededWorks to ensure appropriate services and supports are developed and available to families and significant others as deemed appropriateAssures educational materials on recovery services are current and availableAssists with the planning, developing, and implementation of quality recovery services in accordance with agency goals and objectives and with external regulatory standardsWorks collaboratively with CMHC, Incstaff at all levels to develop appropriate service delivery systems, including policies and procedures related to the provision of Recovery ServicesWorks collaboratively with community stakeholders to develop appropriate service delivery systems, including policies and procedures related to the provision of Recovery ServicesCoordinates case finding efforts in collaboration with community stakeholders Serves as a consultant internally to CMHC staff regarding addiction services2Direct Clinical Services Interviews and evaluates clients, recommends diagnosis, and establishes treatment plans which define the goals, specific objectives, specific outcomes, and time frames for treatmentProvides individual, group, and family treatment and psycho educational programs as needed and assigned (with possibility of engagement in the SOMM program)Documents treatment and emergency contacts in accordance with agency policies and proceduresComplies with timelines of record keeping on an ongoing basisParticipates in the Clinical Supervision Program in accordance with the policies and proceduresComplies with CMHC policies and procedures regarding clinical supervision and clinical privileges3Client Care Expectations Meets the client care expectations requirements budgeted for the position4Consultation &Education Community Service Trains and educates community stakeholders, schools, justice, child welfare, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
