The Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday Payroll and Benefits is a hands-on-role that will triage and address incoming requests, perform analysis/testing/support, and develop new features in Workday modules with a focus on Payroll and Benefits.
The Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday Payroll and Benefits is responsible for all aspects of development and maintenance of Workday Payroll and Benefits, including project planning, requirements gathering, designing, configuring, testing, creating user documentation, and providing operational support.
This role requires the analytical capabilities of a business systems analyst, the creativity of a solution architect, and the process knowledge of a functional lead.
The Role:
Key configuration expert and user support for Workday Payroll and Benefits modules and touchpoints Work with key stakeholders to inspire collaboration and trust to deliver an amazing and intuitive experience Identify and take on opportunities to deepen service offerings to our Employees, Managers and HR Team.
Recognize process re-engineering opportunities and recommend improvements and innovative solutions to optimize system capabilities Demonstrate Workday configuration through the development of a proof of concept (prototype) Responsible for successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within established timelines, as well as project-related support for recurring processes Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes Assist in development of training materials and partner in change management efforts Other duties as assigned The Candidate:
Bachelor's degree preferred Must have minimum 3-5 years of functional and technical human resources, payroll, or HRIS experience Must have 2
years of Workday configuration experience Experience working on projects for multiple clients simultaneously required Experience with writing reports and queries, updating tables, maintaining security required Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required Why You Should Join Catalent:
